Neal DeYoung is a founder and principal of the Firm who has practiced in the fields of corporate, commercial, securities, product liability and real estate litigation since 1987. In investment-related disputes, investors, shareholders, investment banks, hedge funds, and their managers, have all sought Mr. DeYoung's counsel and representation. He also continues to represent executives in compensation, severance and other employment related disputes.

Before founding this Firm, Mr. DeYoung was the Managing Partner of the nationally recognized law Firm of Koskoff, Koskoff & Bieder, P.C. where he remains Of Counsel.

He is also sought for his business acumen outside the field of law. He is a member of the Board of Directors of FSW, a social service organization located in Bridgeport Connecticut. He was given the organization's Sterling Award in 2005. In May 2007, Mr. DeYoung was named a member of the Board of Directors of the Greater Bridgeport Bar Association. In 2008, he was appointed to the Town of Newtown's Board of Ethics. In June 2008, he was nominated to the Board of Directors of the Connecticut Burn Care Foundation and started a fund to provide financial assistance to seriously burned children. Mr. DeYoung also founded the organization known as Law Firms and Businesses For a Better Connecticut. This organization, currently comprised of law firms and businesses located in the cities of Bridgeport and New Haven, Connecticut, provides part-time employment opportunities for inner-city youth in professional environments.

He is admitted to the bars of New York and Connecticut, as well as in the United States District Courts for Connecticut, Colorado, the Southern District of New York and the Eastern District of New York. He has also appeared before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a graduate of Northwestern University and the Boston University School of Law.
